Processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery time: most US orders arrive 5–10 business days after processing. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping cost: free on US orders over $40; a flat rate under $40, shown at checkout.
Tracking: emailed as soon as your order ships; updates can take 24–48 hours. You can also check it on our Track Your Order page.
Where we ship: United States.
Wrong address: email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to fix it before it ships.
