Because all Lunara products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a template link has been accessed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases. We will offer a full refund if you were charged twice or your download link is broken and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
