30-Day Guarantee
We want you and your pet to love what you order. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to return the item.

Change of mind. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund goes to your original payment method once the return is received.

Items we can't accept back. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of used grooming tools, litter boxes, water fountains, or other items used by a pet, unless they're defective.

Lost or late orders. If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund.

How to start a return. Email davac2001@gmail.com with your order number and a short description. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
