How do I receive my template after purchase?
Instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your download — a PDF plus a direct Canva template link. Nothing is shipped and there's no waiting.
Do I need a Canva account to use these templates?
Yes — and a free Canva account is all you need. Open your template link, choose 'Use template', and an editable copy is saved straight to your own Canva account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.
What is your refund policy?
Because every product is a digital download delivered instantly, all sales are final once the template link has been accessed. If you were charged twice or your download link doesn't work, email davac2001@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Can I use these templates for client or commercial work?
Yes. Every purchase includes a commercial license, so you can use the templates for your own brand and paid client projects. You may not resell or redistribute the original template files.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
